Laharts Clonmel is seeking a skilled Motor Technician to join our Skoda service team in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. You will service and repair vehicles, diagnose faults using specialist equipment, and contribute to high standards of quality in a fast-paced workshop.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with customers, and diligent adherence to safety and ISO/warranty procedures. A full driving license is essential, and VW Group experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with VW Group preferred.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Good communication and ability to brief customers on required work.
• Capable of delivering quality work in a busy environment.
• Flexible and diligent with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Perform work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and fix faults
• Complete service documentation in line with ISO, warranty and dealership requirements
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow company policies and safety standards
