Job summary

BLUE CHIPS TILES LIMITED in Dublin is looking for an experienced tiler to lay tiles on floors and walls in residential and commercial settings. The role involves following tiling plans, cutting tiles, and carrying out finishing work.

You will inspect surfaces, prepare substrates, grout gaps, provide quotes on materials and installation time, and work a 39-hour week at competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in tiling floors and walls.
• Ability to prepare surfaces, cut tiles and grout.
• Ability to provide quotes and estimates for materials and installation time.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting surfaces to be tiled.
• Surface preparation work (e.g. levelling surfaces).
• Laying tiles in accordance with tiling plan, cutting tiles where necessary.
• Grouting gaps between tiles.
• Carrying out finishing work, where necessary.
