Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Ireland. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and ensure high-quality results on interior and exterior spaces.

Travel to multiple job sites may be required, with a focus on accuracy and surface protection. The ideal candidate has proven painting experience across settings, strong color-matching ability, and a solid grasp of safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to prepare surfaces properly and apply various finishes with precision.
• Good color vision and ability to mix paints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of painting work.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to painting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, and filling cracks or holes to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
• Ensure all painting work is completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and neat finishes.
• Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, masking tape, and other means to prevent damage or overspray.
• Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines on products used.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and project managers to meet deadlines.
