Job summary

Applegreen Stores across Ireland are seeking a Site Standards Operative Cleaner to join our busy forecourts, supporting front-line operations and guest experience with high cleanliness standards.

The role involves maintaining seating areas, keeping the forecourt spotless, and ensuring storerooms and equipment are tidy. You will complete training, including manual handling and HACCP, while working with a friendly team and enjoying staff discounts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external maintenance.
• Maintain clean and tidy seating areas.
• Keep hygienic storerooms clean and orderly and ensure mops and other equipment are cleaned daily.
• Maintain the forecourt to the highest standards.
• Notify the relevant manager promptly when cleaning supplied are low and need reordering.
• Place wet floor signs as necessary.
• Complete and adhere to all provided training, including manual handling, HACCP, and company procedures.

What will I be doing as Site Standards Operative Cleaner at Applegreen?

• Conduct internal and external maintenance.
• Maintain clean and tidy seating areas.
• Keep all hygienic storerooms clean and orderly and ensure mops and other equipment are cleaned daily.
• Maintain the forecourt to the highest standards.
• Notify the relevant manager promptly when cleaning supplied are low and need reordering.
