Applegreen is hiring a Site Standards Operative Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across site areas and forecourt. You will interact with customers and colleagues, ensuring hygiene, safety, and efficient operations.

The role involves routine cleaning tasks, adherence to HACCP procedures, and participation in training. A proactive, team-focused attitude is valued in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external maintenance.
• Maintain clean and tidy seating areas.
• Keep hygienic storerooms clean and orderly; ensure equipment cleaned daily.
• Maintain the forecourt to high standards.
• Notify manager when cleaning supplies are low; reorder as needed.
• Place wet floor signs as necessary.
• Complete training including manual handling, HACCP, and company procedures.

What will I be doing as Site Standards Operative Cleaner at Applegreen?

• Conduct internal and external maintenance.
• Maintain clean and tidy seating areas.
• Keep all hygienic storerooms clean and orderly and ensure mops and other equipment are cleaned daily.
• Maintain the forecourt to the highest standards.
• Notify the relevant manager promptly when cleaning supplied are low and need reordering.
• Place wet floor signs as necessary.
• Complete and adhere to all provided training, including manual handling, HACCP, and company procedures.
