Applegreen is seeking a Site Manager for Kildare to lead front-line operations, drive sales, and manage daily store performance. The role emphasizes cash handling, stock control, and staff training within our fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for operating the site per our procedures, supporting a positive team dynamic, and delivering excellent guest service with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Have a can-do attitude with strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the site in accordance with Applegreen’s operations manual, policies and procedures.
• Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Perform administrative tasks including cash management, stock control, and training/ coaching of employees.
