Qualifications

  • 5+ years solid site experience within the construction and building industry.

  • Wealth of knowledge in Fit Out.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed.
  • Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis while monitoring and tracking progress.
  • Ensure Quality standards are maintained.
  • Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workers.
  • Procure materials, supplies, tools, and equipment efficiently.
  • Attend daily briefings.
  • Manage all industrial relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual commitments.
  • Implement Workplace Health and Safety Management.

We look to hire an experienced Site Manager for large project in Dublin City Centre.

As a Site Manager you will have5+ years solid site experiencewithin the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors and wealth of knowledge in Fit Out.

Education & Skills Required for the role
  • 3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills
  • Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • Thorough knowledge of building practices
  • Valid Safe pass and Manual Handling certification desirable
  • RC frame & Fitouts experience required
Key Responsibilities
