Job summary

A construction recruitment company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for multi-unit residential developments in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years' experience, strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, and the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities for a multi-unit residential development
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, suppliers, and site logistics
• Drive progress, monitor programme and quality, and manage site documentation
• Conduct regular site meetings and report to the Project Manager
• Maintain strong quality control and ensure workmanship is to specification
• Oversee snagging, commissioning, and successful handover

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage programme, budgets, and quality
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling
