Site Manager – Residential Development (Wexford Area)

Location: Just outside Wexford Town

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new residential development located just outside Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-quality project with a reputable developer and play a key role in delivering modern homes to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations from groundwork to handover.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Coordinate daily site activities, deliveries, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain site records/documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and local authorities.
• Monitor quality control and ensure snag-free delivery.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential builds (housing developments or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and multiple teams.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (desirable but not essential).
• Current Safe Pass and other required site certifications.
