Salary: €75-85k + van + benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development in North Dublin. This high-profile project is set over a four-year timeline and includes the construction of hundreds of residential units, associated infrastructure, and public spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day management of all on-site activities, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of site operations from groundworks to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials delivery
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and programme tracking
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and local authorities
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and control
• Report progress and challenges to senior management regularly

Requirements

• Proven track record managing large residential construction projects
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of current Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Full driving licence
• Relevant construction or engineering qualifications

Desirable

• Experience with RC frame and traditional build methods
• SMSTS or equivalent safety training certification
