INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Site Foreman Job Location: Tipperary/Limerick Sector: Civil

INFORM3 are seeking to appoint a Site Foreman for civil projects in Tipperary (West).

The client is a well respected and highly known Civil Engineering contractor that is extremely busy and looking to expand upon their current site team. The successful candidate will need to have experience in utilities, groundworks, earthworks, etc. and managing civil site teams.

Site Foreman Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Project / Contracts Manager on a regular basis
• Be familiar with the Project Plan, ensuring site works are scheduled to deadlines and targets
• Manage and communicate regularly with Site Staff
• Organise and coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
• Complete weekly plant and machinery checks
• Complete work to the highest quality standard
• Ordering and control of materials on site
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork as required daily and properly including but not limited to: Time sheets, Pre-Task Planning Sheets, daily journal/diary, weekly safety report, receiving reports, change/time off, work order, etc.
• Deliver regular toolbox talk briefings to the site team
• Conduct site meetings discussing any specific requirements
• Liaise with the client / consultancies / public when needed
• Ensure Health & Safety is maintained at all times

Site Foreman Specification:

• Construction Manager background
• 5 years or more relevant experience in a similar position
• General civils experience
• Experience working with heavy machinery and plant
• Experience in organising civil teams
• Excellent communicator
• Able to continuously work to targets and deadlines
• Full Driving License
