Cleantech Civils is seeking an experienced and highly organised On-Site Foreman to join our team for a project located in Lough Mask, Co. Mayo. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety regulations, and project specifications
• Manage site documentation, daily reports, and quality checks
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients as required
• Drive productivity and maintain a positive working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
• Proven track record of leading site teams and delivering projects to schedule
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
