Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor or housing developer in ROI.
• Experience with high volume housing/greenfield sites; commercial experience also considered.
• Ability to use setting out instruments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and checking works as required for the project.
• Performing checks on the quality of works completed.
• Interpreting drawings and providing support to the construction team.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Supervising trades on site.
• Ensuring H&S standards are met and reporting issues.
• Supporting the Project Manager and Senior Engineer.
