Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer for housing projects in Clonsilla, Dublin 15. The role centers on setting out works, QA/QC, supervising subcontractors and coordinating with the Site Manager.

You will work on-site with total station and levels, maintain as-built records, raise RFIs, manage materials, and uphold a strong health and safety culture. A Civil Engineering degree and Safe Pass are required.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience as site engineer with a main contractor.
• Proficient with total station and levels for setting-out.
• Valid Safe Pass and site tickets.
• Valid driving licence.

• Set out the works using total station and levels.

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a well-established residential developer on housing projects in the Clonsilla area, Dublin 15.

Key Responsibilities

• Set out the works using total station and levels
• Carry out QA/QC inspections and maintain as-built records
• Supervise subcontractors and check works against drawings and specifications
• Raise RFIs and help order and schedule materials
• Support the Site Manager / Senior Engineer with programme and progress reporting
• Promote a strong health & safety culture on site

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Site engineering experience with a main contractor
• Strong setting-out skills with total station and levels
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets
• Full driving licence
