Job summary

Cairn plc. invites applications for an experienced Site Engineer to support civil engineering delivery under the Project Manager/Site Manager.

You will work directly with the site team and subcontractors to ensure the development is built as agreed, with emphasis on quality, schedule, and commercial awareness. The role requires 2–3 years of site experience, strong communication, methodical attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with site quality control processes and inspections.
• Ability to read and coordinate site drawings and documentation.
• Experience setting out and re-bar/groundwork guidance on civil sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate quality control for sub-contractor‘s work.
• Coordinate site drawings and implement drawing changes.
• Setting out for foundations, slabs, and civil works under site team guidance.
• Supervise ground works and civil and RC frame contractors.
• Develop relationships with sub-contractors to deliver outputs on time and within budget.
