Site Electrical Engineer Lead - 12 month FTC
Key responsibilities:
The Site Electrical Engineer Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and sustainable operation of all electrical infrastructure at our manufacturing site.
This position bridges design assurance, compliance, and long-term reliability, focusing on governance, technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and innovation.
The role supports capital and local RTB projects, facility upgrades, and commissioning, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous learning.
The role will work with electrical technicians to support professional development, best practices and continuous improvement of the site’s electrical infrastructure and safety standards.

Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering (Level 8) or related discipline.
Experience: 5 years’ experience in an electrical engineering role within industrial,
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar regulated environments.
Experience supporting construction and commissioning activities on live sites.
Familiarity with GMP requirements and working in regulated manufacturing
