Job summary

Access Talent Group is seeking a Site Development Engineer in Dublin to join a civil engineering team working on residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.

You will design and deliver site development and civil infrastructure, prepare road, drainage and utilities designs, and liaise with clients and contractors through concept to construction. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in civil/site development engineering.
• Strong experience in roads, drainage and utilities design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD and/or MicroDrainage.
• Good knowledge of Irish standards, planning requirements and building regulations.
• Consultancy experience preferred. Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver site development and civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed designs for roads, drainage, utilities and site infrastructure.
• Develop surface water and foul drainage strategies and calculations.
• Produce technical reports, specifications and drawings.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Support projects from initial concept through to construction.
