Job summary

Farrans is seeking a Site Agent to lead on-site delivery of civil engineering projects in the UK & Ireland. You will oversee labour and subcontractors, manage setting out and QA, and drive health & safety excellence while coordinating with senior management to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, CSCS/CSR, First Aid at Work, and a full driving license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supervising engineering teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of construction standards and specifications.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications (CSCS/CSR card, First Aid at Work).
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.

Job description

As a Site Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality engineering and construction solutions. Working closely with the Senior Management team, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve.
