Role Description

The Silk Screen Printer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin. The role involves setting up and operating silk screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on automotive-related materials and promotional items. Day-to-day work includes preparing artwork and screens, mixing and matching inks, aligning and registering prints, and monitoring output for quality and consistency. The Silk Screen Printer will manage production schedules, maintain equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet customer orders and deadlines. The role may also include basic print design adjustments and coordination with external suppliers for specialized printing or embroidery services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Print Production and Printing, with experience managing end-to-end print jobs.
• Proficiency in Screen Printing, including screen preparation, ink handling, and press operation.
• Experience with Print Design, including interpreting artwork files and preparing designs for printing.
• Familiarity with Embroidery processes and workflow is an advantage.
