Collins McNicholas Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join a long-established Irish signage company. The role covers projects from site survey through installation nationwide.

You will install various signage types, conduct site surveys, work at height with MEWPs, and collaborate with customers and site personnel to deliver high-quality results. A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with training and safety qualifications preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience in sign installation or a similar hands-on installation role.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays.
• Confident working at height and using MEWPs and access equipment.
• Safe Pass and understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work from drawings and job sheets and solve problems on site.

Responsabilidades

• Install signage nationwide including fascia signs, built-up letters, trays, totems, post-mounted and projecting signs, and vinyl graphics.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and installation preparation.
• Work at height using ladders, scaffold towers, MEWPs, and cherry pickers.
• Connect and commission illuminated signage with LED drivers, wiring, and isolators alongside a qualified electrician.
• Remove old signage, make good, and clean sites following installation.
• Work from drawings, job sheets, and site instructions to ensure installations meet requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Work independently while liaising professionally with customers and site personnel.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experiencedSign Installerto join our client, a long-established Irish signage company with over50years of industry experience.

Our client specialises in large-scale corporate and retail signage solutions, delivering high-quality installations to customers nationwide. This is a hands-on, road-based role covering projects from site survey through to installation and completion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install signage nationwide, includingfascia signs, built-up letters, trays, totems, post-mounted and projecting signs, and vinyl graphics.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and installation preparation.
• Work at height usingladders, scaffold towers, MEWPs, and cherry pickers.
• Connect and commission illuminated signage, including LED drivers, wiring, and isolators, alongside a qualified electrician where required.

• Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels certification advantageous.
• Electrical qualification or experience with illuminated signage advantageous.
• Experience with vinyl graphics and window films advantageous.
