Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Team Leader at the Limerick branch to plan and organise routes for our drivers and manage the fleet. You will oversee a team of drivers, respond to customer queries, and drive service quality improvements across the branch.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organising routes for our drivers.
• Organising the fleet of vehicles we have.
• Managing a certain number of drivers within the branch.
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• Identifying ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.
• Providing support and development for colleagues in the branch.
• Keeping relevant documentation up to date including vehicle information.
• On occasions, you may need to cover driving routes.
• Implements driver best practice and monitors performance of drivers, including the development of product knowledge, service expectations and and vehicle specifications.

The Service Team Leader Role

Requirements

Service Team Leader Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Have demonstrated leadership skills in a working environment
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment
• Experience in managing within a service delivery environment would be advantageous but this is something we can offer training on
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude
• Pride in the job you do
• You may be required to pass a Garda Vetting Check check depending on the role you have applied for
