Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a full-time Service Administrator in County Kildare. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and three days working from home. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process invoice and claim documentation.
  • Achieve monthly invoicing targets based on training.
  • Daily scanning and digital filing of job packs.
  • Run daily invoicing reports for trend analysis.
  • Resolve invoice-related queries timely.
  • Maintain customer and vehicle information records.
  • Support warranty and contract audits.
  • Collaborate with workshop teams for job pack processing.
  • Assist in warranty and contract processes.
  • Monitor KPIs for accuracy and quality.
  • Produce operational reports as needed.
  • Complete documentation to meet internal standards.
  • Follow established procedures.
  • Provide cover for CVRT and CSR functions as needed.

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Service Administrator in Co. Kildare.

The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Hours of work 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch. There is flexibility in those hours once trained and settled in.

Every third Saturday - 8am - 12pm

Salary up to €40,000

  • Accurately prepare and process invoice and claim documentation for retail, warranty, and contract job packs.
  • Work towards achieving monthly invoicing targets as outlined in the training plan.
  • Ensure daily scanning and digital filing of job packs.
  • Run daily invoicing reports to support trend analysis and dashboard updates.
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer and vehicle information records.
  • Support the preparation and completion of warranty, contract, and retail audits.
  • Collaborate closely with workshop teams to ensure efficient processing of job packs.
  • Assist in the administration and control of parts warranty and contract processes.
  • Track and monitor KPIs to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and quality performance.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc operational reports as required.
  • Complete all documentation to meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Follow all established procedures and best practices.
  • Provide cover for CVRT and CSR functions when needed.
  • Perform additional duties and support activities as reasonably assigned.
