This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SEO Specialist (Brand Protection) based in Ireland.

The SEO Specialist will drive organic visibility and brand protection initiatives across competitive international iGaming markets. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO strategies designed to improve search rankings for brand-related queries and strengthen online presence. You will take ownership of satellite website projects, from launch and optimization to content development and link-building initiatives. By analyzing search engine results pages, competitor strategies, and ranking factors, you will identify new opportunities to increase organic traffic. You will also evaluate expired domains, test innovative SEO hypotheses, and adapt strategies in response to Google algorithm updates. Working in a data-driven, international environment, you will use performance metrics and analytical insights to guide decisions and deliver measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys solving complex ranking challenges, working independently, and protecting brand visibility in highly competitive digital markets.

Accountabilities

• SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings for brand-related search queries across competitive iGaming markets, with a focus on sustainable organic visibility and traffic growth.
• Satellite Website Management: Launch, optimize, and promote satellite websites to secure and maintain strong positions in Google search results. Take ownership of SEO projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and implementation to performance monitoring.
• Content and Link Building: Develop and execute content strategies and link-building initiatives that strengthen website authority, improve relevance, and support targeted keyword rankings.
• SERP and Competitor Analysis: Analyze search engine results pages, competitor activities, keyword opportunities, and ranking factors to identify growth opportunities and refine SEO strategies.
• Algorithm Monitoring and Adaptation: Track Google algorithm updates, assess their impact on website performance, and adjust SEO tactics to maintain visibility and respond effectively to ranking fluctuations.
• Expired Domain Research: Identify, research, and evaluate expired domains for potential SEO projects, assessing their quality, history, relevance, and suitability for further development.
• SEO Experimentation: Formulate, prioritize, and test SEO hypotheses to improve organic traffic, keyword positioning, and overall website performance.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key SEO metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results over time.
• Brand Protection Support: Contribute to brand protection initiatives by strengthening organic search visibility for relevant brand queries and managing satellite website projects across competitive markets.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least two years of hands-on SEO experience within the gambling or iGaming industry, with a proven ability to deliver measurable organic search improvements.
• Competitive SEO Projects: Demonstrated experience launching, promoting, and optimizing websites in highly competitive niches, including the ability to develop strategies that improve rankings and organic traffic.
• International Market Expertise: Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets and an understanding of the competitive dynamics of international search environments.
• Search Engine Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google's algorithms, ranking factors, search engine updates, and their implications for SEO performance.
• Research and Strategy Development: Practical experience in SERP analysis, competitor research, keyword evaluation, and the development of effective SEO strategies.
• Technical and Content SEO: Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including content optimization, link building, website structure, and authority development.
• Expired Domain Expertise: Experience researching, assessing, and selecting expired domains, including evaluating their quality and suitability for SEO projects.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance data, identify ranking issues, test hypotheses, and adapt strategies based on measurable results.
• Ownership and Independence: A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage SEO projects independently, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for outcomes.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Ukrainian, both written and spoken, to support effective communication and execution.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing satellite websites, mono-brand SEO initiatives, or cross-brand SEO projects is an advantage. Familiarity with resolving Google penalties, algorithmic filters, and domain blocks is also desirable.
