360 Search is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to join its senior advisory team, delivering holistic financial planning and discretionary investment advice for high-net-worth clients. You will inherit a portfolio and play a key role in business development and client experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' wealth management experience, QFA qualification, strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and estate planning, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in private client wealth management.
• QFA qualification as a minimum; CFP or similar advanced qualification preferred.
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and managing complex client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive wealth management across investments, retirement planning, tax-efficient structuring and estate planning.
• Lead client review meetings and investment discussions.
• Develop relationships with solicitors, accountants and other professional introducers.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and suitability standards.
• Contribute to revenue targets and firm growth objectives.
