Job summary

Dexcom Ireland - Athenry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control and manufacturing support, on a 12‑hour shift cycle. The role involves operating pallet trucks, reach trucks, forklifts, and handling ERP/WMS transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in warehousing, experience with ERP/WMS, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating inbound/outbound freight and

• 4-6 years experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
• Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities.

• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments.
• Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins.
• Train and support new employees.
• Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning.

Shift Pattern

• 12‑hour shifts (7am-7pm)
• 4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off
• Working Friday to Sunday plus alternate Thursdays

What You'll Do

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts
• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments
