Forvis Mazars in Ireland is seeking a VAT Manager to join the Indirect Tax team with a strong focus on Financial Services VAT. You will lead advisory projects, manage client relationships, and work closely with partners to deliver practical tax planning solutions for a growing FS client portfolio.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory and compliance projects across domestic and international clients, including asset managers, funds, banks and insurers.

Qualifications

• ITI qualified with VAT expertise in a professional services setting.
• Significant VAT experience advising Financial Services clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to guide others and work within a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead VAT advisory services for Financial Services clients including asset managers and funds.
• Develop VAT strategies for cross-border transactions and partial exemption issues.
• Manage client relationships and co-ordinate service offerings with other departments.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met on each engagement.
• Support business development and thought leadership in FS indirect tax.
