Job summary

A leading B2B SaaS provider is seeking an experienced content writer to own the content strategy and produce clear, concise microcopy. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in UX writing and help center content. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve user flows and create in‑product assistance. Note: only applicants with the legal right to work in the UK will be considered for this fully onsite role in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in microcopy, UX, and content writing.
• Working experience producing user documentation such as guides and tutorials.
• Mother Tongue English required.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for your designated product focus.
• Collaborate with teams to craft clear, concise microcopy.
• Write Help Center articles including how-to's and best practices.
• Create in-product assistance like walkthroughs and tooltips.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement new approaches.
