Job summary

SYSTRA, a global engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Transport Modelling to join the Transport Advisory, Planning and Modelling team in Dublin or Cork with hybrid work flexibility.

The successful candidate will lead technical inputs, develop strategic highway/public transport/multi-modal models, and collaborate with UK & Ireland teams to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills with complex datasets.
• Experience in transport planning, modelling, traffic analysis or related field.
• Experience with RMS systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical inputs and work packages in Transport Advisory, Planning and Modelling projects in Ireland.
• Set up and run modelling scenarios and present results to clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver tasks to quality, time and budget, and guide junior staff.
• Contribute to reports and client deliverables on sustainable mobility and decarbonisation.
