Clarity Search Partners Ltd is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant for a permanent role in Dublin. The position spans tax compliance and consultancy, collaborating with the tax consulting partner on project work including international tax assignments.

You will research and prepare technical tax memos, assist with project management, and support advisory work like holding companies, employee incentives, and succession planning, with on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• AITI qualified or equivalent tax qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a dedicated tax role.
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation and compliance processes.

Responsabilités

• Research and prepare technical tax memos.
• Assist with management of projects including international tax assignments.
• Contribute to holding company insertions and employee incentive schemes.
• Prepare and review tax due diligence reports.
• Support succession planning and company incorporations; advise on FDI.
