Job summary

Hero Recruitment is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for its Pharmacy Automation team. You will lead the definition, design, and verification of complex electromechanical systems combining hardware and software to streamline pharmacy operations across central and decentralized settings.

You will drive DFSS-based risk analyses, work across Agile/Waterfall processes, and support transitions from R&D to manufacturing while collaborating with mechanical, software, reliability, and quality engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years in systems engineering or related fields.
• Experience with requirements management and system verification/validation.
• Experience in DFSS, risk analysis (dFMEA) and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and verify complex systems integrating hardware and software.
• Derive product requirements from user needs and develop system specs.
• Perform risk assessments and conduct DFSS-based development.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, reliability and quality teams.
• Support transition from R&D to manufacturing and field troubleshooting.
• Document results and present to cross-functional teams.
