Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Structured Finance and Capital Markets team in Dublin. You will advise major domestic and international clients on complex securitisations, structured finance products, debt capital markets and fund finance across cross-border transactions.

The role requires overseeing transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and building strong client relationships while coordinating deal teams with a focus on drafting, project management and commercial

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with typically five or more years PQE.
• Experience in leading banking, finance or capital markets practice.
• Experience in structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets or fund finance.
• Excellent drafting and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial judgement and client-focused approach.
• Capable of leading workstreams independently while collaborating with teams.
• Interest in mentoring junior colleagues and developing a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Advise banks and lenders on securitisations and asset-backed portfolios.
• Advise on structured finance transactions involving Irish Section 110 companies.
• Support private equity funds, hedge funds and institutional investors with direct lending and credit transactions.
• Advise managers, arrangers and investors on CLO transactions and related financing structures.
• Develop innovative financing solutions for sponsors, asset managers and institutional providers.
• Work on fund finance transactions including subscription lines, NAV and hybrid facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Investment Funds, Tax, Corporate and Financial Regulation.
• Manage transactions and workstreams independently while coordinating deal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
