Egis Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Water Services team. You will lead structural design for water and wastewater projects from feasibility through detailed design, with hybrid work across Ireland.
The role requires Chartered status or near chartership, 8–10 years in structural engineering, and proven delivery of water infrastructure. You will mentor juniors and coordinate multi‑disciplinary interfaces to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing Water Services team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Uisce Éireann and contractor clients across Ireland. We are happy for this role to be based from either Dublin, Castlebar, Limerick or Cork working on a hybrid basis.
The role will involve leading and delivering structural engineering solutions from feasibility and preliminary design through to detailed design and construction support. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project management capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
