• Systematically collecting, analyzing and evaluating information and data about a target customers and their potentials.
• Utilizing the VISHAY Design Database to present the technical features, options for application and integration of products.
• Sampling, analyzing, calculating and completing technical aspects of proposals; providing respective quotes.
• Executing calculations and simulations, and analyzing customer's technical set-up for integration purposes.
• Adding value across the whole sales process to sales and customers with technical expertise and services.
• Approaches and maintains stakeholder network of external experts and senior managers, to foster options for cooperation.
• Analyzes requests with strategic potential and elaborate options by coordinating, focusing and prioritizing organization's capacities and budgets respectively.
• Designs concepts for project investments, third-party cooperation or acquisition, for senior management or Board decision.
• Sets the related specific and cross-functional standards and guidelines, and ensures adherence by all stakeholder involved.
• Coordinates all resources and services needed, manages activities, evaluates milestones and accepts deliveries.
• Ensures adherence to budgets and achievement of targets as agreed.
