Essential Job Functions

• Contribute to Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment for various Dolby products from both IP security and vulnerability standpoint.
• Implement, verify, and validate IP protection mechanisms.
• Perform exploitability research of discovered vulnerabilities.
• Work swiftly in embedded environment at the verge of operating system, applications and hardware.

Required Education & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software security domain.
• Proficiency in C++, C and Python programming.
• Professional experience with at least one cryptographic implementation (e.g. crypto++, mbedTLS, openSSL, etc.).
• Solid understanding of secure processing and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).
• Hands-on experience in SW reverse engineering.
• Solid understanding of executable binary formats and their internals.
• Solid understanding of SW vulnerabilities and their exploitation methods (buffer overflows, use-after-free, etc.).
• Solid understanding of operating systems internals.
• Solid handling of disassemblers/decompilers, debuggers, emulators, virtual machines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: CTF player, security research, DIY electronics/robotics.
