A community-based support organization in Kildare is seeking a Senior Social Worker for a permanent contract. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, conduct assessments, and advocate for children and families with disabilities. South Kildare West Wicklow Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT)
Permanent Contract – 35 hours per week
Location: Kildare Town
Senior Social Worker Practitioner Salary Scale – €61,440 – €79,126 DOE
The South Kildare West Wicklow CDNT operates a biopsychosocial model and adopts a Family‑Centred Approach. The Senior Social Worker will work as part of an inter‑disciplinary team to provide clinical supports to children aged 0‑18 years who present with complex needs associated with a disability and their families. The CDNT provides supports across South Kildare and West Wicklow. As a Senior on the team they will have leadership responsibilities within the team.

The successful candidate will be required to provide satisfactory references and Garda Vetting and overseas police vetting, where applicable. Salary is paid in accordance with the Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales.
