Murphy is recruiting a Senior SHESQ Advisor to work with our water team on the major ECI Framework Projects. Our business combines in-house expertise with continuous innovation, delivering EPC projects across power and energy transition markets.

Experience on live gas stations/terminals is highly advantageous. You will help maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 compliance, carry out site audits and toolbox talks, and prepare monthly safety reports.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Health & Safety required.
• Min 3 years on mechanical projects.
• Experience with live gas stations/terminals is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maintaining ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 systems.
• Produce monthly safety statistics and inductions.
• Run site audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor changes in safety legislation and ensure training records.
• Prepare reports and incident/non-conformance logs.
• Present at monthly safety meetings.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management Systems and to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001.
• Carrying out inductions and producing monthly statistics
• Champion Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme)
• Carry out and document site audits and inspections.
• Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health and environmental legislation and construction industry guidance.
• Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records.
• Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances
• Completing all necessary report forms
• Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set-up of appropriate controls
• Ensure all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available.
• Prepare and present toolbox talks as and when required.
• Prepare and present at monthly safety meetings.

Who We Are Looking For

• Higher Diploma in Health & Safety
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on mechanical projects.
• Experience on live gas stations / terminals highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with one or more teams.
• Good written and spoken communication abilities.
• Good IT skills with a high attention to detail
