ESPIRE INFOLABS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, develop, migrate, and support enterprise solutions across SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

The role focuses on development with business-process understanding to translate requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions. The successful candidate will build SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnP

Qualifications

Approximately 4-7 years of experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions with hands-on Power Platform development.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server including architecture, lists, libraries, metadata, permissions, search, and governance.
Migration experience using ShareGate or comparable tools, including planning, validation, and post-migration checks.
Proven ability to develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps using Power Fx, Dataverse, forms, and security roles.
Experience designing and automating Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and integrations.
Experience building Power BI dashboards and reports; optional embedding in apps; data modelling with Power Query.
Ability to gather requirements, write user stories/functional specs, manage backlogs, and support Agile/Scrum delivery.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and enhance SharePoint Online/Server solutions including modern sites, lists, content types, and permissions.
Implement document management and collaboration features with lifecycle, approvals, and metadata-driven classifications.
Plan and execute SharePoint migrations using ShareGate or similar tools, including inventory, mapping, validation, and post-migration support.
Develop SharePoint and Power Platform integrations using connectors, forms, workflows, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 services.
Build responsive canvas apps and model-driven apps with reusable components and role-based experiences.
Create and optimize Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, scheduling, and data integration.
Design Power BI datasets, models, measures, and dashboards (where required) and integrate analytics within Power Apps.
Prepare functional designs, process flows, wireframes, data mappings, test scripts, and user guides; support SIT/UAT and production handover.
Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, product owners, security, and delivery teams; follow governance and lifecycle standards.
