Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA/development experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with performance, security, or accessibility testing.

Responsibilities

• Mentor SDETs and developers on automation and quality best practices.
• Drive shift-left testing by integrating tests earlier in the development lifecycle.
• Develop automated tests for both back-end and front-end components.
