This role focuses on enabling effective delivery, strengthening team collaboration, and embedding high-performing Agile ways of working across multiple squads.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate core delivery ceremonies and planning sessions
• Partner with product leads to refine and prioritise work pipelines
• Identify and remove delivery blockers
• Embed continuous improvement and Agile best practice
• Act as a coach to teams and senior stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in an Agile delivery or Scrum leadership role
• Hands‑on experience across common Agile frameworks / Scaled Agile (SAFe Framework)

• Familiarity with industry‑standard delivery tools
