Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a Principal Transportation Management Consultant to lead complex SAP TM transformations for enterprise clients. You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end transportation solutions within SAP S/4HANA, EWM, GTS, and partner systems, while guiding executive-level stakeholder engagements.

Bring thought leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to mentor consulting teams to drive operational excellence and supply‑chain visibility across industries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP consulting with 8–10 years in SAP TM.
• Led or key roles in 5+ full lifecycle SAP TM implementations.
• Experience across manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, 3PL, chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP TM implementations and transformation programs.
• Manage client relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Architect SAP TM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, GTS and third-party systems.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and mentor consultants.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and thought leadership activities.
