Job summary

Panametrics Inc. in Shannon, Ireland, is seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect to own enterprise SAP design across S/4HANA, BTP, BW/4HANA, EWM, TM, Ariba, and related platforms. You will guide delivery teams through tollgate governance and ensure fit-to-standard adoption while balancing security and TCO.

The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and global program delivery experience, with onsite engagement in Shannon. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering SAP solutions in global manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on S/4HANA architecture with end-to-end deployment experience.
• Governing enterprise integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems (MES/PLM/WMS/CRM).
• Experience with SAP Activate and mixed Agile/Waterfall delivery models; fit-to-standard design.
• Knowledge of security, SOX, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and reference models across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead solution design for major programs: Greenfield/upgrade to S/4HANA and global templates.
• Drive end-to-end design with fit-to-standard and tollgate governance.
• Architect robust integrations using CPI/PO, APIs/events, and data services.
• Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and IT to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
