Business Development Executive – West of Ireland & Midlands

Location: Field-based | Region: West of Ireland & Midlands

Our client is a market leader in Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF), offering high-performance, energy-efficient building systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As the industry moves toward sustainable construction, they are at the forefront—delivering technical expertise and practical support to architects, developers, and contractors.

To support their continued growth, they are now hiring a Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across the West of Ireland and the Midlands.

The Role
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the region
  • Advise on the technical aspects of ICF systems to clients and contractors
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and builders from pre-construction to on-site execution
  • Support marketing efforts through CPDs, events, and digital campaigns
  • Deliver commercially sound, technically robust solutions
The Ideal Candidate
  • Well-networked in the West of Ireland and Midlands construction markets
  • Proven ability to self-manage and drive results autonomouslyStrong collaboration experience with contractors, both on‑and off‑site
  • Commercially sharp—confident with margins, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Familiarity with ICF or willingness to build strong product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to contribute to brand development and market engagement
