Key Responsibilities
  • Broad role supporting providing risk management support (Sales, Finance, Tech)
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework
  • Provide 2nd line oversight and challenge, help set and monitor risk appetite
  • Produce clear, holistic risk and control reporting to support senior decision‑making
  • Partner with teams across all three lines of defence to foster a well‑controlled, high‑performing organisation.
  • Support the Executive Risk Committee (Board papers, risk reports)
  • Build strong relationships with regulators
  • Ensure all governance in place - policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement in governance and control frameworks
What We’re Looking For
  • Risk management expert with significant Insurance / Re‑Insurance sector experience
  • Familiar with EEA regulatory environments
  • Excellent knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and three lines of defence models.
  • Proven ability to design and implement risk frameworks
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Financial Services / Risk Management qualification – advantageous
