Juvi, a premium Irish retailer, seeks a Senior Retail Sales Manager to lead the DAYT watch concession and oversee the JUVI jewellery operation in Arnotts, Dublin.

We are an established Irish retailer specialising in premium watches and fine jewellery. We are
seeking an experienced, commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Manager to
lead the continued growth and success of our retail business.
This is a senior leadership role with primary responsibility for our flagship DAYT watch concession,
while also overseeing the wider JUVI jewellery retail operation within Arnotts. Working closely with
the business owners and existing management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for
driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, developing high-performing teams
and delivering an outstanding customer experience across both brands.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on retail leadership.
They will lead and develop store teams, analyse business performance, identify opportunities for
growth, implement commercial initiatives and ensure the business consistently delivers against its
sales, operational and customer service objectives.
Lead the day-to-day operation and commercial performance of the DAYT watch concession while
providing management oversight of the JUVI jewellery retail business.
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective leadership, commercial planning and strong
operational execution.
Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and business objectives across both brands.
Lead, coach and develop the retail management team, creating a positive, high-performing
culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the business owners to develop business strategies, review performance and
identify opportunities for future growth.
Analyse sales reports, customer trends and commercial data to inform decision-making and
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners, negotiating where
appropriate to support commercial objectives.
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, creating memorable shopping
experiences that reflect the premium nature of both brands.
Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting the team during busy trading periods and
demonstrating excellence in customer engagement.
In collaboration with the Operations Manager, oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and
ongoing development of retail staff.
Oversee staff rotas, manage workforce planning and performance management to ensure
optimum productivity and customer service.
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, ordering, stocktakes and loss prevention
procedures.
Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation and brand standards are maintained to the
highest level.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements and retail best
practice.

A minimum of four years' management experience within retail, preferably within the luxury,
premium, watch, jewellery or fashion sectors.
Proven experience leading teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key
performance indicators.
Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring and developing retail managers and sales teams.
Experience managing multiple brands, departments or retail locations would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of retail financial performance, including sales reporting, margin
management and stock control.
Experience building supplier and brand relationships is desirable.
A third-level qualification in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline
