• Define the research direction and roadmap for dyadic interaction modeling.
• Advance perceptual capabilities of interactive AI agents using audio/video inputs.
• Develop and post-train multimodal models for rich dyadic interactions.
• Adapt diffusion models to conditioning signals like dialogue state and listener cues.
• Research natural conversational behaviors including gaze, expressions, and backchannels.
• Design evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and automated tests for quality.
