Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking an Integration & Commissioning Manager to oversee installation, integration and commissioning across multiple data center projects remotely with travel. You will report to the European Integration & Commissioning Lead and guide field teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

The role requires managing FAT/SAT, validation, and documentation, with strong collaboration across construction, integration, and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years automation execution, commissioning, or QA experience in mission-critical sectors.
• Proven experience leading FAT/SAT and functional validation.
• Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, installation quality, and testing methodology.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ELV, controls network, and instrumentation installation across multiple data center projects.
• Provide regional oversight of subcontractors, vendors, and field delivery teams performing integration and installation works.
• Ensure installation activities are executed in accordance with approved design documentation, standards, and quality requirements.
• Track installation progress, site readiness, punch lists, defects, and completion milestones across projects.
• Support escalation management and resolution of technical and delivery-related site challenges.
