Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 5 years focused on roofing and cladding projects.
  • Strong commercial and contract knowledge for managing complex construction projects.
  • Professional membership or progress toward chartership is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full commercial life-cycle across multiple roofing and cladding projects.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly cost reports.
  • Oversee procurement and subcontract packages, including tendering and payment certification.
  • Lead variation and change control processes with clients and subcontractors.
  • Align commercial decisions with programme, quality, and safety objectives.
