Job summary

Stryker Ireland is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join the NPI QE team within GQO. You will collaborate with Advanced Operations and Design Assurance, overseeing QA activities across design transfer, risk management, inspection, validation, and process excellence to ensure product quality through the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes development of robust QA strategies, First Article Inspection, MSA, and supplier quality alignment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field with 2+ years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with design transfer, PFMEA, and quality systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR, GDP, GMP.
• Lean Six Sigma training.
• Excellent English, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative relationships across Design Divisions, Advanced Operations & GQO functions related to design transfer.
• Communicate with internal customers and project teams to deliver high-quality project transfers that meet goals.
• Mentor other groups on design and process transfer.
