Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Control to lead QC operations, ensure GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strategic direction, staff development, and readiness for regulatory inspections across EU/FDA standards.

The position will oversee analytical testing, data integrity, and collaboration with manufacturing, QA, validation, and regulatory affairs to ensure product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related discipline and relevant GMP-regulated experience.
• Advanced degree in a scientific field and extensive QC leadership experience.
• Experience leading Quality Control laboratory operations in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP, FDA standards, and data integrity principles.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for Quality Control personnel.
• Oversee QC testing and stability programs to meet release timelines.
• Ensure GMP compliance and quality systems across QC labs.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, change controls and data integrity efforts.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits with robust metrics.
