• 6+ years’ post-graduate experience within the Irish civil engineering or utilities sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent commercial awareness, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial and contractual elements of multiple projects from tender through to final account.
• Manage and mentor junior QS team members.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, variations, and cost reports.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
